AFLH provides licensed residential care and certified behavioral health services for adults and adolescents across Ohio. Services are delivered through clearly defined programs to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care.
Residential Care Services
Adult Residential Care — Class 2
Licensed residential care for adults age 18 and older, providing supervision, daily living support, and coordination with behavioral health and community services.
Adolescent Residential Care — Class 1
Structured residential care for adolescents ages 10–18, integrating supervision, behavioral health support, and skill development.
